1 tbsp Azalina’s Sambal

1 slice sourdough

1 tbsp butter

scallions
Instructions

Toast bread in butter until golden.

Fry eggs in a hot pan.

Spoon sambal over eggs.

Finish with scallions.

Add a squeeze of lime to brighten the sambal.
