Sambal Eggs on Crispy Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tbsp Azalina’s Sambal

  • 1 slice sourdough

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • scallions

Instructions

  1. Toast bread in butter until golden.

  2. Fry eggs in a hot pan.

  3. Spoon sambal over eggs.

  4. Finish with scallions.

Chef Tip
Add a squeeze of lime to brighten the sambal.
