At Azalina’s, we pack and ship every order with the same care we put into our food. Our goal is to get your order to you quickly, safely, and in excellent condition.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after they are placed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is submitted, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Issues & Delays

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Food Product Considerations

Our products are shelf-stable unless otherwise noted. For items that require refrigeration after opening, please follow the storage instructions on the label.

We recommend bringing packages inside promptly after delivery to maintain product quality.
