Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns.

That said, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund.


Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Food products
  • Opened or used items
  • Gift cards

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
